Delivery timeframe
The time frame is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: This is the time it takes to verify your order and payment and packaging it for shipment. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us to your destination. Local (South African) orders take 3 – 5 business days to arrive. International delivery usually takes about 7 to 15 business days to arrive.
Method
- For local (South African) orders: we make use of a verity of delivery partners to ensure fast and professional deliveries to your door in South Africa.
- For international orders: we make use of Fedex to deliver to your door in most cities around the world.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on calculated on the volumetric weight of your purchase and your destination.
